- MDMichelle DOct 16, 20255.0My initial impression upon touring the property was that the grounds are well maintained, flower beds are colorful, pool was sparkling, and the office was well decorated and clean. After renting my townhouse, I began cleaning to unpack and was surprised to find the unit significantly cleaner than expected. The plumbing under the sinks is brand new, the air conditioner works very well, the laundry room is well lit, climate controlled and clean. My dishwasher was not working properly but maintenance had a brand new Whirlpool delivered and installed within 2 days. The complex is quiet, surrounded by large oak trees, with lots of shade and a sense of privacy in the heart of the city. I've been here 2 months and it's obvious that the office manager is selective about the tenant choices and that is reflected in the overall quality of the 'neighborhood'. Everyone is friendly and the vibe is chill.

MRS FANNY is hands down the most kindest, understandable, compassionate, and si much more property manager I've meet since moving to Calcasieu Parish along with the maintenance guys. Mr. Cowboy is very punctual and always have a great sense of humor. The place is quiet and the neighbors watch out for one another. 🤝🤝👐💯💯😚
