We offer sales of manufactured or modular homes, office buildings, and camps. We even specialize in land/home packages. Our dealership features a full service and parts department as well.

- SHSarah H.Aug 19, 20251.0Please, I implore you, go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE. I wouldn't recommend a dog house from these people. You will be told time after time a manager is in a meeting or not there, or that they'll call you back- and never do. If you have maintenance repairs, good luck! I thought I suffered after losing everything to Ida- not in comparison to dealing with these people!

We like to handle all homes turn key if possible as our years of experience makes it easy for us to navigate the process.
Are there any warranties?
Our builders offer warranties with their home, which you would not receive with a site built home. Every part of the house has its own warranty as does every appliance purchased with the home.
What will my note be?
Finance rates, terms, and monthly notes are all determined by the lenders, but our staff has the tools provided to us by our lenders to get you an estimate of your payment right here in our office.

Total packages with land are very popular!
