  RODENT INFESTATION!!! Inhabitable living conditions!!! THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW! This has been on going for 2 months now as far as we know. My husband and I have been loyal tenants here for 3 years, never late on rent, and now we have a 7 month baby boy WHERE RODENT FECES WERE FOUND IN HIS DIAPER HAMPER AND TOY HAMPER. We have reached out to the owners of the complex multiple times asking for accommodations and options to get us out of this situation. NO ONE IS RESPONDING WITH ANY ACCOMMODATIONS! But hey, they going to come for that rent on the 1st. This is ILLEGAL! Legal action must be taken. Initially, No one even told us this was an issue- can you believe that?! Better believe it. I only found out about this because I started finding feces droppings everywhere. All they have done is come and spray chemicals and set up a few traps. We are infuriated. The owners of this complex have ZERO PRIDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!

  THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX DENIED MY APPLICATION AND HAVE BEEN HOLDING MY $350 REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE SINCE MARCH 2025! IT IS NOW AUGUST & I STILL HAVE NO REFUND OR ANY UPDATES ON WHEN I SHOULD RECEIVE MY FUNDS BACK! THATS 5 MONTHS!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I HAVE BEEN TO THE OFFICE AND SPOKEN TO THE LADIES IN THE FRONT OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES! THEY KEEP GOING BACK & FORTH SAYING THEY DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON! I HAVE SENT EMAILS! NO RESPONSE! I HAVE CRIED & STRESSED TO THESE LADIES HOW INCONVENIENT THIS HAS BEEN FOR ME! I AM TIRED OF DRIVING UP THERE FOR NOTHING! I HAVE WASTED SO MUCH GAS AND TIME! THIS COMPANY/COMPLEX SHOWS COMPLETELY NO CONCERN OR URGENCY! UNFORTUNATELY I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THINGS FURTHER, BECAUSE THEY HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING TO ME & ANSWERING MY CALLS. MY NEXT PLANS ARE TO BRING MY LAWYER & A NEWS REPORTER TO THE OFFICE! THE AMOUNT OF STRESS AND ANXIETY IVE HAD TO UNDERGO DUE TO THE LACK OF CONCERN OF THIS MATTER HAS BEEN TRAUMATIZING TO ME! I NEVER WANT ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEHIND $350 !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING FOR THESE APARTMENTS!!

  Me and my roommate scheduled a tour several weeks in advance because we are from out of town. We showed up and they didn’t even have the room we scheduled to tour available. We were thrown off and accepted a tour of the smaller apartment. It was DISGUSTING. SO GROSS!!!! It was severely dirty and smelled like mold. I’m warning anyone who is interested in living here!!!

  Calling these apartments “luxury” is a real stretch. We secured our move-in date a couple months out from moving several states away, and the day before our move the office called to tell us the apartment was not ready and that our move-in date would need to be pushed back. When we arrived for the new move-in date keys were not made, garage door key didn’t work, and the key fobs *still* don’t let us into the building. Additionally, the inside fridge is missing shelves which makes it hardly functional, windows have mildew inside the double pane glass, blinds that come with the apartment were not attached and do not function, orange tape in the form of an “x” is on the main window, and the paint job looks like I did it myself. It’s frustrating that we had months notice for move in, and the staff seems to not have prepared at all or walked through to make sure it was up to par - which is certainly not a luxury move-in experience. On our first night here we also got a boot put on our car because we parked under an awning with our apartment number on it. After paying the $200 fine, I read a handout that states not to park there without a permit. It would be nice for the office to highlight that in person so it doesn’t go amiss since it is very confusing for someone who isn’t familiar with the complex or the state. Lastly, the pool is nice, but there are large tiles on the edge of the pool that are not attached. One fell onto my 5 year old when he was swimming and reached for the edge. This is extremely dangerous - especially for a small, novice swimmer who uses the edge frequently.
