Never had any serious issues and they are very responsive to complaints! Tommy (The Landlord) always was very kind and only raised our rate 20$/mo over the course of 3 years!

The only reason I left was because I started working in another city. The apartments are reasonably price and very comfortable.

Tommy, the landlord, was exceptional—always prompt and attentive to our needs. The community was very quiet and as long as you were respectful of the property and considerate of others it's a great place to be! We had a few minor issues like a faint smoke smell and German cockroaches, but they were quick to address these issues. Overall, Jefferson Oaks is a well-managed and welcoming place to live. Highly recommended!

Wayne , Property Manager knew everyone personally and took great care of tenants. Super safe with camera recordings and monitoring. Small but cute community. It has pool, places for grilling and awesome location. So glad i got to spend time there with my husband. We were newly married and made many memories there.
