My response is in reference to your initial response to my first thread on a separate post in today (11 NOV 2025). I would love to speak with someone from AR Building Company or the AR Building management. No disrespect intended but it’s worthless or not worthwhile speaking to anyone at Vineland Carriage Homes. We’ve been back and forth with each over the course of months during my stay there. Obviously, we disagreed at length. There’s nothing for the Vineland Carriage Property Office and I to discuss as this matter was not taken seriously and underwritten in the face of a legal document that was signed. You all don’t make executive decisions. The home office and/or AR Building Company run things. I’d appreciate a point of contact for them or a direct line of communication. Again, no disrespect to the Vineland Carriage Management. I did the right thing by filing a renter’s insurance claim. AR Buildng Company accepted risk by allowing for the signing agent to sign the Release of Property Statement. I only want to speak with the AR Building Company or someone within that management chain. I lost $2,264.63 out of MY POCKET in addition to having USAA pay out a renter’s insurance claim that was bogus. USAA paid out $5272.67 which is separate to my of pocket expenses. Thank you in advance.

The only time I leave reviews are for small businesses and for their betterment and uplift. This is not an inimical post. Just my truth. Have I ever in my military career had to receive the unjust treatment as I received by the higher office and the presiding office. No issues with the maintenance team…they deserve better. Bottomline, I was held liable for a renter’s insurance claim of $7537.11 that I denied liability BUT still filed an insurance claim in order to comply with the management. After months of battling with the avaricious (greedy) management of Vineland Carriage Homes operating under AR Building Company, USAA presented a Statement of Property Release as defined as, “A release for property damage (also called a Release of Claims, or Liability Waiver) is a binding legal document where you, the property owner (the "Releasor"), agree to accept a specific payment (the settlement) from the responsible party or their insurance company (the "Releasee"). In exchange for that payment, you formally give up the right to pursue any future legal action or claims against them for that specific incident.” (Please review attachment) After signing the legally binding document from USAA in the amount of $5272.68 to settle the dispute, Vineland Carriage, operating under AR Building Company did not honor the terms of the Statement of Property Release (Please review attachment). I was SUBSEQUENTLY held liable for the balance of $2,264.43. This is the difference from the original amount and the SETTLEMENT amount. How am I still held liable when they’ve SIGNED a settlement letter!!!! Legal action was threatened against me if I didn’t pay and subsequently I had to fork over the money. Military legal lawyers and civilian legal lawyers both said that the document was legal and binding and that Vineland must comply with the terms since they’ve SIGNED the document. Being the court cost and lawyer fees would have superseded taking Vineland to court, I suffered a massive blow of $2,264.43 even after the insurance claim was paid out to Vineland. Bottomline, to anyone, military or non-military, this is my testimony. For the one year I spent at Vineland Carriage, IT WAS PURE HELL. I’d rather return to IRAQ than live under those conditions at Vineland Carriage Homes. Again, for reference see my attachment as proof that this organization Vineland Carriage Homes operating under AR Building Company are frauds!

Run! This place is run by thieves that will nickel and dime for everything!
They charge $175 for a tech package. That is a small gym, small pool, cable, and internet. They profit off this, a theme you'll see. They charged me $58 to have my water turned on 2 days early - this was paid to them and not the water company (profit). They charge a $220 carpet cleaning fee for two bedroom carpets, maybe 250sqft (huge profit). They charge $40/pet then make you use their pet app at your expense. Why charge pet fee and carpet fee?? They make you get insurance. Which they changed the rules twice and because I didn't add their name correctly the second time, I was billed $15. They dont care. These people would sell your soul to the devil. These are bad people that take advantage of others..
All utilities are billed separately, including trash pickup.
There is no garbage disposer. The floors are cheap vinyl. In fact everything is cheap like the paper thin cabinets and paper thin walls. My apartment is over 4 garages so all I hear is noise and a constant humming generator.
When I approached them about the obnoxious cigarette smoke from a neighbor near me, they asked me who it was over and over. I dont know, go figure it out. Meanwhile im waking up nightly. It was bad. Turns out someone was smoking in their garage and that vents into my apartment. Lovely. Cheap design.
All the sinks leak because the seals around the faucets are crap. The bathtubs are built for children.
Run! These people are not good people. Avoid the headache and avoid these crooks!
