  I’ve served on many HOA boards and worked with every major management company in the Louisville area. These folks are without a doubt the least desirable of all of them.

  My review can possibly change but this company has numerous numbers and websites , everything’s automated I’ve been unable to even contact a human yet I’ve sent numerous emails to various emails , I don’t know which is real which is fake and if it’s even monitored . Also there’s so many phone numbers . I’ve called every one and it’s all automated . I’ve asked to speak with a HUMAN as I’m in dire need to move and I want to schedule a tour to see a home and it was cancelled as soon as I scheduled it. No one has responded to me at all ! They are listed over Zillow , hot pads and other sites but they all have diff emails and numbers listed . Please help me somebody . I just want to view a home and possibly move immediately . UPDATE: I finally got in contact with someone and was able to view the home I was seeking assistance on . The phone lines are automated so you are talking to AI .i still am not sure about the different websites that I encountered but the lady who I’ve spoke with is nice . My original tour was cancelled but I do not remember cancelling it as I truly needed to see ! When I did go see the home one of the doors were locked causing me to not be able to see but someone was sent out that week to fix it and I was informed of when I could go back and see it ! I’m happy that I did and was able to fill out the application for it . I was informed that my application was being looked at 😊thank you ! If you are seeing this call them directly idk how much they monitor hot pads etc or if they do work with them but instead of providing your information to those outside sites go directly to this site!
