I recommend to come stay here at Waterstone and never look at another apartment! Truly the best staff & amenities! We feel at home..each & every day! We love this place!

We called maintenance and someone came up and repaired the washer within 15 minutes. We had a few other minor issues and the staff and maintenance respond immediately. My wife and I are so glad we chose this apartment complex. We love it here.

Living spaces and housekeeping are great and I give it a 95% overall - a solid “A” for real. Only downsides for me are the small parking spaces and the shear volume of litter that can be found in and around the property which seems to go unaddressed. We can’t control what blows in, but if we could just commit to progress rather than perfection, I think it would be huge
