She was absolutely amazing during the entire process of purchasing. She was very communicative and always returned calls and texts. There were no surprises and she frequently stayed late to assist with my purchase. I can honestly say that she was amazing and was incredibly helpful. I am excited to move in. I’m also so very grateful that it was Summer who helped me with the purchase. She’s awesome.

Summer was so polite, thorough and very helpful throughout the whole process of home buying. We also met Caleb who oversees the building process of the homes. He also explained to us a lot about the home building program and what we can expect. We later met with Callahan Neuroth to get the loan process going. He as well was very thorough about the loan process and he was willing to get us the best available option that worked for us! After moving in I discovered a few minor issues as you normally would in a new home but using the warranty process that Ryan Homes offers was easy and efficient and response time to correct issues was very quick. I think I’ll stick around for a while.
