I came into this thinking it was going to be an extremely agonizing process but Melissa and Caleb have been so kind and are very informative along the way! I love how they are always there to answer any questions we may have and are so patient with us. They have made this process seem alot easier than I thought it would be. Yes home buying is a stressful process but i am very thankful for how smooth things seem to be going so far. :) We are also super thankful for the folks at NVR Mortgage as well! Cal and Lauren are awesome!! A great experience so far and cannot wait to get into our new home!

She was absolutely amazing during the entire process of purchasing. She was very communicative and always returned calls and texts. There were no surprises and she frequently stayed late to assist with my purchase. I can honestly say that she was amazing and was incredibly helpful. I am excited to move in. I’m also so very grateful that it was Summer who helped me with the purchase. She’s awesome.

Summer was so polite, thorough and very helpful throughout the whole process of home buying. We also met Caleb who oversees the building process of the homes. He also explained to us a lot about the home building program and what we can expect. We later met with Callahan Neuroth to get the loan process going. He as well was very thorough about the loan process and he was willing to get us the best available option that worked for us! I would highly recommend that if you are looking to buy a home, you should meet the team at Ryan Homes! Thanks to all for your hard work, dedication and commitment!!!
