- GPGinny PfeifferJul 30, 20251.0We lived here for 3 years but moved out over 3 years ago. Now - 3 years later- we find they are charging us for carpet replacement. They had all our forwarding information but never tried to contact us prior to turning over to collection. We left the place immaculate. We paid a large rental fee which should cover any and all wear and tear. We were never advised of us being responsible for normal wear and tear. Not an honorable company.
