  James Branden is a machine. Buying a house is one of the most important and expensive thing you will ever do in your life and he made it the smoothest experience ever. James was always available when I needed to speak with him (even when I just needed reassurance on several occasions). He is very detail oriented and explains the rules and procedures for loans and makes sure you understand clearly! 6 weeks ago I never thought we would ever be able to move into a home like the one we just bought. We wouldn’t be where we’re at today if it wasn’t for James and his amazing team. My wife and I are closing on our dream home tomorrow. I would recommend James to anyone that is looking for someone that they can count on and trust. James will go above and beyond because his best reward is helping people buy their next home. Thank you James!

  James was absolutely amazing from start to finish during our entire home-buying process! From the very first day we met him, he made us feel comfortable, confident, and supported. He was always available when we needed him (and trust me, we had a lot of questions 😅), and he never made us feel like we were bothering him. He went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood every detail — from our finances, to what we could and couldn’t afford, to every single step along the way. Him and our realtor were great team mates! Buying a home can be stressful, but James made it feel so much easier because he explained everything clearly and was always patient, kind, and professional. He truly cared about helping us make sure we understood every phone call when it came to financial decisions for our new home. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows through his energy and dedication. We’re so grateful for his help and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to find a loan for their new home, you’ll be in the best hands with James!

  James is excellent! My brother used him as his lender when buying his house last year, and only had great things to say about him. I am buying my own house out of state, and my brother recommended I reach out to James for advice. Although I was unable to work with James as my lender due to living in a different state, he took the time to give me honest and helpful advice in my process. I can tell James is a true professional and is passionate about the people he serves. I can't recommend him enough, and I would definitely work with him as my lender in the future.

  My wife and I worked with James once before in the home buying process, and had the pleasure of working with him again recently. We cannot recommend someone enough. He is always personable, and makes you feel like you are in great hands right from the start. Every step of the way he guided us through all the details- from pre approval to closing. He let us know all of our options regarding mortgages, interest rates, and answered any questions and concerns promptly. He made sure we made the best decision for US! James stayed in constant communication wether via text or phone call to keep us in the loop. His attention to detail allowed us to get a great rate on our mortgage and made the process fun and enjoyable, which I know at times may not be.
