  James Branden is a machine. Buying a house is one of the most important and expensive thing you will ever do in your life and he made it the smoothest experience ever. James was always available when I needed to speak with him (even when I just needed reassurance on several occasions). He is very detail oriented and explains the rules and procedures for loans and makes sure you understand clearly! 6 weeks ago I never thought we would ever be able to move into a home like the one we just bought. We wouldn’t be where we’re at today if it wasn’t for James and his amazing team. My wife and I are closing on our dream home tomorrow. I would recommend James to anyone that is looking for someone that they can count on and trust. James will go above and beyond because his best reward is helping people buy their next home. Thank you James!

  James was absolutely amazing from start to finish during our entire home-buying process! From the very first day we met him, he made us feel comfortable, confident, and supported. He was always available when we needed him (and trust me, we had a lot of questions 😅), and he never made us feel like we were bothering him. He went above and beyond to make sure we fully understood every detail — from our finances, to what we could and couldn’t afford, to every single step along the way. Him and our realtor were great team mates! Buying a home can be stressful, but James made it feel so much easier because he explained everything clearly and was always patient, kind, and professional. He truly cared about helping us make sure we understood every phone call when it came to financial decisions for our new home. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows through his energy and dedication. He is a great communicator that breaks everything down into simple terms to ensure we have a complete understanding before making any decisions. He is always available, any time or day! Our numbers for our loan were on target, exactly where James said they would be. We even closed early! He treats you like family by having your best interest at heart.
