I moved here last week and want to thank Tara from the leasing office for being very helpful and supportive throughout my move-in process. She made the transition much smoother and was great to work with. That said, my move-in experience had some challenges. The apartment was not cleaned properly, and the patio/storage area was dirty. There were also a few maintenance issues taking longer than expected to be resolved(I’ll update this thread later once it is done). The day after my move-in day, a major issue occurred when a dishwasher pipe from the apartment above broke, causing water to pour through my ceiling. Since then, industrial fans have been running for several days to dry the ceiling, which has been very loud and inconvenient. It wasn’t the best start, but despite these challenges, I do like the apartment overall and I’m hopeful things will improve moving forward.

The staff at Residences at Prairiefire has been very helpful. Tara has been especially responsive. The staff has responded quickly to maintenance requests. Additionally, they have shown care and concern as my son navigated a difficult situation recently. I would recommend these apartment homes.

I really enjoy this apartment, it’s gorgeous, it’s a fantastic location with shops, restaurants and fun activities within walking distance! There is even live music a block away every Thursday all summer long. I read about maintenance being an issue, but they have been very prompt for me. Emily and Tony work very hard to solve problems promptly!

We moved into an apartment a year ago with a pantry that reeked of cat urine, a washing machine with mold in it and all of the drawers in the bathroom and kitchen were sticky with hair in them. We had to remove the cat urine smell ourselves by purchasing pet odor fresheners because their treatment only made it smell worse. We had to clean our apartment before we could move anything in because it was so filthy. Their leasing office was far from helpful when having to deal with any of these issues. Including Chelsea who continuously rolled her eyes when we would walk in asking for help. We could not do laundry because of a moldy washer and they were prioritizing other units before they could help us when this should have been fixed before we moved in. The dumpster is always overflowing of trash so if you like the smell of hot trash in the summer make sure to move over to building 6. Fast forward a few months our upstairs neighbor was using his balcony as a place for his animals to use the restroom on a turf surface. This resulted in urine getting on our balcony and turf pieces dropping onto our balcony which our puppy was trying to eat. When I told him to stop allowing this to happen he yelled threatening saying we don't know who we're messing with, stormed down the stairs to try to confront us and continued to yell down all night. When we made the leasing office aware they were making this "their number one priority" I had to follow up multiple times because they did not care to reach out and update us on it. They did not take this situation very seriously and my girlfriend was afraid to walk our dog on her own. Once we were finally able to move out after we spent our own money fixing the apartment we moved into they still did not give us any portion of our security deposit and charged extra for cleaning after we spent hours cleaning before we moved out. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. And as you can see from their response they do not care about any of the issues they just want to be condescending and ask for pictures that they know no one takes when they move out.

I personally love this place. I love the staff, I love the property, and I love the neighborhood and the neighbors. Very honest people living all around us, what is polite and maintenance requests are handled very quickly. I'm not sure what the other people might have to complain about, but if someone who is lived in different parts of this country, this is in my top 1% of apartment complexes.
