We lived through a year of arguments and disturbances because we could even hear the conversations of our upstairs neighbors. They threw parties outside of permitted hours, and we got tired of complaining without getting any response. We only managed to resolve the situation when we had to terminate the contract and move out.

Very beautiful apartments but no one to help me out
