  When I first moved in my apartment was filthy. The stall showers leak water everywhere, the trash chutes are too small to fit a normal sized trash bag, there is no parking. They never take out the trash. Sometimes you can't open the door to the trash room because there are trash bags pushed against the door due to it being too full. And now they are making you pay a monthly fee to take out your trash on your floor level. There is also a gnat problem in the hallways. One of the gates to the parking lot that requires a key is broken along with a door to the building. Anyone could get access to your car that you pay to have gated and anyone can get in to the building. The treadmills in the gym are broken as well. The manager and management are not professional. And there are wifi problems all the time. One more thing, it's not "student living," there are whole families that live here. So if you're looking for an alternative to dorms, this is definitely not it.

  My son moved in here last week. 1st of all they are one of the most expensive student apts in Lawrence and can not accommodate the needs. There is no parking. They do not have enough spots for the number of tenants. Therefor the kids park in lots next door and get towed. I just asked how many tenants and she said 300+. They offer around 120 reserved spaces, which of course are sold out. And the east side of the building has 30+ for students. Insomnia cookies has about 6 there and they keep prob 10 reserved for staff. Let’s do the math. DOES NOT ADD UP. So we had to pay 310$ to get his car out of the tow lot. When I called no one answered or returned calls and messages. I have called all day since 8 am and at 332 someone finally answered the call and of course just said sorry we don’t have enough spaces for them to park and if they park anywhere else they will be towed. Wow. This is horrible and they are taking major advantage of these kids who think they are getting a nice safe place to live. DO NOT RENT HERE EVER

  I had a tour in proxi, and my tour guide was Savonni, he was very knowledgeable on everything about everything and very respectable, he knew what he was talking about and really opened my eyes in leaning in a direction towards proxi.
