  Absolute nightmare. I’ve never cared enough to write a negative review about any company but they have managed to be so bad that I have to. They locked me out of my apartment overnight for 12 hours and was told my only option was to sleep in the public clubhouse because the “security guard” cannot help us. He told me to call the 24\7 emergency maintenance number to get let in however I called 10+ times and got no answer. Security guard told me the “emergency maintenance staff” was either asleep or had his phone on silent. So then he isn’t actually 24/7 like they claim… The next morning I asked the office why they locked me out and was told it was a precaution to ensure no other people are living in there who are not paying rent. I always paid my rent and NEVER had anyone else living in there. I could barely even have guests over for longer than a few hours because when I tried to their car would get towed and they were forced to pay hundreds of dollars to retrieve it. My unit was also in eyes view of a security camera so they could have easily checked to verify that no one was living with me but they were too lazy to check them, instead they decided the appropriate route to take was to lock me out overnight without explanation. I emailed them to address this since it is a valid concern but they did not respond or care and then had the audacity to act agitated that my unit had to be rekeyed. This complex has had at least 5 different managers within 2 years and somehow none of them cared about their jobs at all. Appliances and furniture are very cheap and fall apart easily. The complex itself it’s constantly trashed. One time I came home and there was vomit in the hallway and it stayed there for at least 3 days. Front desk staff is so rude. Only good thing is amenities and the maintenance staff is super friendly but those are not worth how much you have to pay here. A large majority of positive reviews were also posted before the complex was even open so that’s suspicious lol. 0/10 recommend

  do NOT live here. i have not had a parking spot the past year of living here and they refuse to give one. it’s not the people at the front desks fault, however they have 2 guest spots and they tow in open spots (that still require a parking pass they will not let u buy) it’s a complete mess at proxi

  I love proxi and all the amenities. The gym is incredible and I love my room a lot. The staff is also super cool and Cora is really helpful!

  Parking sucks! The rooms are expensive small dorm rooms! Property management is very nice but not helpful whatsoever. Theres no luxury in living here. 0/10 place to live!!

  Completely would not recommend this place to anyone. The construction is now 43 days past being done. I am having to pay a full months rent when I am only living there for 11 night out of the first month. I do not even get a full 12 months in this place. My incentive for signing will not be given to me till 30 days prior to moving in. The customer service is awful and they are not understanding when it comes to anything. All they want is money, money, money and do not care about their residents. Do not sign here unless you are 100% certain that you want to live at Proxi, because there is NO way out of the lease what so ever!
