The apartments are well-maintained, and designed with comfort in mind. the staff in the office are so patient, friendly, responsive, and truly care about the residents. There are always fun activities and events going on that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel part of a community. The clubhouse and common areas are clean and the maintenance are quick to handle any requests. Highly recommend Prairie Commons!
- MLMaggie LinkJul 1, 20255.0I've lived here two years. Any maintence you need is done quickly. There have been three or four mangers since I moved here. The current manager is very nice and helpful. I use the washer/dryer in building C. The dryer doesn't dry my clothes in one cycle which means I have to spend 2.50 to dry one load of laundry. I've mentioned this several times to the office staff over the last year and it's never been fixed. I've given up on getting it fixed. The grounds are lovely and it's very pet friendly over all. I feel very safe here all hours of the day. Most of the neighbors are very friendly. There are some gossips which I try to ignore. I feel like sometimes a lot of people know my business or someone's version of it. I don't gossip. Overall I like living here. The rent prices are going up but I think that's everywhere. The windows are poorly insulated so my bedroom is cold in the winter. The thermostat is in the kitchen/living room. I hope to continue living here for the future. So four stars.

I love that they have a 1x1 and a 2x1 floor plan to choose from, and they have garages available too! The grounds are well kept, the property is in a great location with a Walmart right across the street, and I can’t say enough good things about Cassie and Janis in the office - they are so welcoming and had all the answers to my many questions.
