  We moved here one year ago, and I could not be happier. Fox Run office and maintenance management is hands down the best of any rental I have experienced. All questions or service requests are handled with the upmost professionalism and quality of service. The property is quiet, clean, and newly renovated. If you are looking for a peaceful, family-focused apartment community in Lawrence, this is your place!

  Well I currently live here and they are quick to fix your issues I mean when I had problems with the frankly old style washer and dryer they were quick to fix it (only took a week for them to actually get on it but they did fix it), but the walls are PAPER THIN I can here word for word sound for sound my neighbor convocations as clear as if they are with me in the room, plus what I hate is they called my dad and basically told him for me to remove a negative post that I had posted so this a re-re-posting so they censor almost any negative review from residents infact if you look at it all the negative reviews on this place are from people who are former residents and I was curious about that I thought ah just happens to be so but NOPE I am the critics and they are the women king, But anyway overall I would give this place a 4 out of 5 cause it is in a good location and residents are nice here and the workers are nice here to

  Positive healthy atmosphere. My one bedroom is better than a couple 2 bdrms I've had. Washer and dryer, automatic dishwasher, microwave come with it and work very well. Good amount of storage space.

  Exceptional quality in construction, very well insulated and designed. Gas and electric for the three months I have been here were less than $100 combined. Very quiet, feels like a home more than an apt, very seldom hear my neighbors. Shopping, bus route, food stops, access to turnpike or downtown and even rockchalk park is just down the street. Staff is excellent, knowledgeable and very professional and friendly. Best place I've ever lived in Lawrence.
