Office takes forever to get work orders done. We have a break in the seal of our screen door that is letting in bugs and the cold, which is raising our electricity bill and these bugs have gotten into our food before. They had a member of their matainance team come and look at it and they said they would send a door guy to come and fix the seal. Then the office staff marked our matainance request as complete, but no one has come to fix our door and no one has reached out with a date that the door will be fixed. Also us tenants are required to pick up our pets poop whenever we take them outside to potty. But the places to throw away the poop bags get to the point where there are overflowing quite often. And whenever the poop bags run out they take forever to replace them. The two older ladies in the office are quite rude and will talk to you like you are stupid when you follow up on matinence requests. Also when moving in, we had reserved a third floor apartment and had a move in date months in advance. Not even a week ahead of our move in date they told us they did not have our apartment ready for us and it would be at least another couple of weeks if not longer. So my husband pushed them a bit and they offered us a second floor apartment. We got in and the carpet was very torn up, but we took the apartment because we had no where else to go. And when we were getting the keys for the apartment after the lease was signed and we had renters insurance ahead of time, one of the office ladies had to call multiple different people to try and track down where our keys were because they were misplaced.

The ladies in the office are very friendly, i’ve been here for a few months now, i haven’t had any issues. When I first walked into my apartment everything was clean, the AC unit was broken but maintenance came and fixed it quickly. The only inconvenience for me is the parking. The buildings all around 904, 906, etc. there are barely any parking spaces and I get off at 11pm so most people are home way before i get home so i frequently find myself having to walk a mile just to get to my building because of limited parking. Sometimes I even have to park in visitor parking due to the limited spots.
