- MTMarcus ThomasOct 8, 20251.0This Place is A mess Everything gets pushed back if u submit a work order it will sit there for months They will tell u to apply but don't even have units ready due to them not being Attended if u have a complaint they will say they will take care of it but wont Kimberly the new manager is a snake also upper management Melinda the district manager and Edwin the Director of operations if u have an issue u need to go over all of them and go straight to corporate them 3 wont doo anything for u but say it will get fixed and it wont if u are military just submit a complaint with jag and complain to the housing Authority about any issues u may have. also make sure when u give them any documents u get copies of them they tend to loose things and misplace stuff when u go in there to speak to them about any issue u record the conversation they like to say u didn't go in the office to tell them about any issues don't let them play u or try to twist your words they like to say i am new here and we are fixing things up nope things wont change they will offer a free months rent and all these good talks but that is cuz they are struggling to keep residents that how they get u in a 12 month lease don't fall for it
