These are fixable matters, and as someone familiar with Pulte, I’m confident they’ll be addressed.
I previously owned a Pulte home at 3336 Kilkenny Circle, Carmel, IN 46032 — the Manchester model — for 20 years, from May 2005 until 2025. So, I consider myself a happy returning customer. While the garage door quality this time around isn’t quite on par with my earlier home, I remain pleased with the overall experience.
What truly stands out is the dedication and professionalism of the Pulte team, especially Lexi Lane. Despite being young, Lexi is exceptionally knowledgeable, dependable, and responsive — often getting back to me almost immediately, day or night. Her commitment to customer satisfaction has made this experience a very positive one.

Beautiful community! We love our Pulte home. The construction and mortgage team were both great to work with.
Compared to other neighborhoods in the area, we have much bigger lots and a higher build quality for the price.
