My son is needing monthly medications that we worried about on how to send them to him safely but they made our minds at ease when they willingly offer their assistance to keep his medications safe once delivered. That kind gestures are well appreciated and will never forget. Thank you for your assistance and very greatful for what you did and will do to keep the students safe and well attended with their needs.

Between the office being a nightmare and having insane roommates, I would avoid. I was being harassed by my roommate's mom who made up lies about me to the office to get me in trouble and they would not listen to me. They also do anything they can to squeeze every penny out of you when you move out. They lied to me about having to paint myself when I left and now I owe several hundred dollars I can't afford. The only positive thing I can saw about the complex is the maintenence staff. They are incredibly kind and helpful. Linsday, the property manager, is also incredibly rude and does not listen to anything. She refuses to honor what her office has told me and when I ask she is condescending. Please avoid this place. It's not worth the toll on your mental health.

And the deposit is crazy high too. The bus stop near here got removed this year. If you don't have a car, DO NOT move here! The staff is super unprofessional. They always say "we'll update you" but then NEVER get back to us. Rent + utilities are already insane, and they still charge extra fees every year. Total scam. Don’t rent here!

Rent for long-term residents keeps increasing every year, while new tenants get special discounts, which is extremely unfair. On top of that, there is no nearby bus stop, making it very inconvenient for commuting to school. Overall, a terrible experience. Totally not worth it!
- KNKeelan NguyenAug 29, 20255.0This will be my second year as a resident, and I have been enjoying my time here! The apartments are very spacious and updated. Whenever there are issues in the apartment, the maintenance team has always responded quickly and fixed problems that we have had for our appliances and a few other small issues. The office staff are very friendly and approachable, which makes it easy to come out to the events that they hold monthly and they are easy to reach out to if I have any questions about the lease or anything about my apartment. An added plus is that while this location a longer ways from campus, there is a benefit to being close to major stores like Walmart and Aldi, and there is also easy access to the plethora of local fast food and restaurants in the area. My only complaint is that the ceilings are a little thin, however I have not had many problems in that regard. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive and there has been a great effort to ensure that me and my roommates feel at home!
