- LCLucas CollettDec 27, 20251.0🚩DO NOT USE WATER OR DOG PARK🚩 (I’ll update this review when I’m contacted and things are fixed) My apartment: •washer has a detached drum and was called in over a month ago now with ZERO updates or eta both times we asked for them •tap water has TREMENDOUS sediment that has ruined several articles of clothing and dishes (WHILE USING NEW PUR FILTERS) meanwhile the dishwasher is corroding Dog Park: •multiple foot tall holes in the fence since I moved in •several foot wide holes for over 2 months (be careful walking and playing) •ANTIFREEZE was laying on its side pouring onto the ground next to entrance of the park (1 LICK WILL KILL YOUR DOG) Others: •fist-sized hole in laundry door •maintenance broke the other laundry door and didn’t say anything I am writing this review to provide evidence of these problems I’ve brought attention to and to warn others that currently live here or are thinking about it! UPDATE: About a week since I made this review. Most recently they towed my car I was borrowing (overnight) because mine was being worked on and NEVER mentioned how to properly prevent that when initially moving in :) this place is hell
