    Bea was extremely helpful and responsive when my refrigerator and heating system stopped working. She replied as fast as possible and made sure everything got taken care of. When my heat went out, she even offered a space heater to keep us comfortable in the meantime. What really stood out was that she followed up a week later to make sure everything was still working properly. Great service and truly appreciated!
