I was recently involved in a fire at one of the building here. As we all know a fire can be a traumatic a devastating event. From day one the leasing office assured me that they would place me in a new apartment ASAP. What I thought would be weeks, was done in days. I would like to thank Samantha and her staff for their dedication and professionalism during this difficult time. Because I knew the staff was working on finding me a new apartment, I was able to handle all of my personal business and start the rebuilding process. Thank you for efforts and dedication to customer service, it's something you don't see much of today. Great job!

I had an Amazing experience at Evergreen. Gerry stopped by my shop, where I am a barber (The Experience Barbershop), to promote their Open House. I have been searching for a while, but I couldn’t pass up 1-month free. Gerry took me on a tour, which was the best experience! She was truly professional and thorough! It was refreshing to have a fun, informative experience. Can’t wait to all this place home! Keep up the good work Gerry! Thank You!

Save y'all time money and energy with these INSENSITIVE money hungry people at this place. Only person that has been some type of help or even tried to act like she was empathetic towards our situation was Gery (not sure if i’m saying her name right but hopefully I am) My apartment building was apart of a very big fire that happened Saturday, November 1st. My building was displaced and we have been helped and contacted more by red cross than anyone. Now all of a sudden they started sending emails about fire precautions and preventions and about grills on the property (which they should have been doing but they are trying to cover themselves now that the situation is in the light) but whatever. Monday comes the leasing office let us know they were in the process of finding empty units for those affected by the fire and it would be a transfer of everything to that new unit and everything would be kept as identical as possible. I did specifically ask to be on the 1st floor but expressed due to the situation I understand if they cannot make any promises but I would like that, I talked to someone Monday and Tuesday about this same topic . Yesterday (Wednesday November 5th) comes and that was actually my 1st time even talking to the property manager , Samantha i think is her name, since the whole situation has even happened. She asked me were we planning on staying with evergreen and transferring to a different unit or would we be breaking our lease. I told her we wanted to stay, but then she went on to tell me they didn't have any more renovated units (what I signed my original lease for) and they only had non renovated ones which I then proceeded to say I’ll just break the lease then, because i’m not going to pay for something I do not want especially when the fire was not my fault in any way shape or form. Samantha proceeded to let me know (with not one ounce of any type of empathy or understanding towards the situation) basically said in a nutshell that its nothing she can do about it its no renovated units and if i’m not staying then I need to come sign the paperwork to break the lease. Rushing us after a major fire to break a lease on a building thats not even livable right now??? So then she lets me know that we’ll have until the 15th to evacuate all of our things from the property. I asked her how does she expect me to get anything and we are not allowed to go in the building she goes “oh, you guys are that building nevermind”…… So we go to sign the paperwork again no empathy from her no im sorry this happened no nothing but she did say that we need to evacuate by the 15th again… then once i told her she continues to say that when we cannot go in the building she said “oh yeah, i’m dealing with alot of buildings right now and tenants”…. So once she gave us the paperwork she left back into her office and I overheard her saying to the other people in office that alot of tenants affected by the fire are not sure if they are returning or not but “they dont have time to wait because they have to get the ball rolling” again rushing me or any of the VICTIMS of this fire on a lease to a BURNED UP NON LIVABLE BUILDING is NOT helping you one bit just inconsiderate. I guarantee if it was one of their houses that caught on fire they wouldnt want their property management to rush them on something so irrelevant at the time. She never even came back out of her office, one of her colleagues took the paperwork into her office she signed it and the same lady brought it back out to us she didnt even have the common decency to bring herself back out as the property manager and say any type of words to anyone which sums up how they act in that leasing office with anything. They don’t care about the people that live in the community even before this fire you have to call them 1,000 times if its any situation and wait weeks for something to happen but as soon as they need something done they want it done asap. Save your money give it to people that care about what’s going on in their community.

save your time and money ☺️. we moved in early march, the first night we noticed a terrible leak leaving our entire floor soaking wet, called it in to get it fixed the same day. fast forward a month and a half they send someone to come look at it, they look at it leave and don’t come back. complain about it once again, another couple weeks go by and maintenance and management come out to look at it, they “replace” the wall by tearing insulation out, not putting it back in and repainting the wall. nothing was actually fixed. we grew mold up our wall and all over our floor. explained i have 2 small children under 5 and another in the way and that i cannot live in mold for health reasons. they proceeded to tell me i can either stay in a moldy apartment that i’ve been reporting for almost 3 months, or i can pay my rent and move out. after threating them with a lawyer they agreed to transfer units, during the transfer i explained i was not willing to pay the price of a 2 bed 2 bath if i was staying in a 2 bed 1 bath they then proceeded to give me a new rate, come this month they tell me basically i made everything up and they never agreed to rerate my monthly bill, (i have every last email stating they did agree to this) while also charging me for the mold that grew in the old unit due to their negligence. my son who was under 1 at the time actually got extremely sick with a fever over 105 DUE to the mold that was growing in my unit. anyways, like i said save your time and money, because this isn’t the first horror story i’ve heard with this place especially including mold. the women in the office have very nasty snobby attitudes as well. they’ll reply to this comment stating they’ve done nothing wrong just like they do any negative comment, but reviews, emails, and screenshotted proof doesn’t lie.
