  My mother lives on the 3rd floor in one of these buildings, and for the past 3 days her apartment has been over 80 degrees. Since heat rises, her unit is even hotter and the complex is still refusing to turn the air conditioning on. It has gotten so bad that her freezer is starting to thaw, and she has had to go spend her own money on multiple fans that do nothing but blow hot air around the apartment. What makes this even more frustrating is that management keeps changing the excuse. First she was told it had to be 75 degrees outside for 3 consecutive days. Now they are saying 80 degrees. Which is it? Residents should not have to suffer through unsafe, miserable conditions because management does not want to turn on the AC. Meanwhile, the people making these decisions are sitting comfortably in air conditioned offices while tenants are left to deal with extreme heat inside their homes. This is unfair, inhumane, and unacceptable. No one should be forced to live like this.

  My experience with the management office was very professional as expected. Evergreen Luxury Apts definitely lives up to its name. Maia was awesome with great customer service. 5 stars for sure!

  I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. Had my car broken into twice, both reported to the police with no resolution. Had to be home for packages, if they were left in the apartment lobby it would be stolen in under 3 hours. Neighbors were the absolute worst of the bunch, domestic abusers, animal abusers, etc. All reported to the complex, which did resolve the issue so I'm adding a star for that. Bradford Pear trees in front of the buildings, so expect to smell ammonia in your apartments 24/7 during the spring/summer.

  Kudos to Eric from Maintenance. I’ve had a couple of issues with refrigerators for the past couple of weeks and he came out every time with no problem to get me together. I ended up getting a brand new refrigerator thanks to Brooke, and Eric, brought it as soon as it came in.

  Char Simmons helped us with out lease and was exceptional. Her customer service was impeccable and the way she followed up with us even after we moved in was something we have never experienced before. We have had a few issues with the unit when it comes to maintenance but the team has been so fast acting and phenomenal on fixing them all.
