  As a first time home buyer Jennifer and her team were absolutely perfect in every way. Jennifer worked hard to find me the perfect house and was very knowledgeable about everything to look out for. If I ever have to buy another house I will definitely work with her and her team again!

  Coming to West Lafayette and getting a house that fits our needs was no easy endeavor. The market here is crazy and limited in many respects, I would say. In situations like this one needs a realtor that works patiently with the clients. Jennifer O’Shea has been that realtor for us! She showed us almost every house in the category we wanted that came on the market over the past two years. Not a single time we felt she interfered in our decisions or wanted us to decide quickly. She only gave us her best advice and offered her experience on all aspects of the local market. Jennifer knew that, for some individuals, a house is a very personal thing and with this in mind she diligently worked with us with one goal: to get us the house that matches our taste and needs. Jennifer always made us feel that we were her only clients but later in the process, we learned that this hard working and highly successful realtor treats all her clients in the same fashion. Once we decided on the house to buy, she worked even harder to help us negotiate the price, get the inspection items taken care of, and kept us updated on a daily basis on the progress toward closing. Jennifer is truly customer oriented and serving the customer is both a top priority and a core value for her. Buying our house this time with Jennifer was a very different experience! I would recommend her for any and every one coming to this town, and I would do so without any reservations!

  Jennifer help me find an investment property. I found her to be very detailed oriented and her follow up was exceptional. Ultimately, she kept me informed every step of the purchase process which really eased my mind. I think she operates with a very high moral standard and goes above and beyond what is required.
