  I had an exceptional experience throughout the entire rental process at The Warren Apartment, a place I would definitely recommend. I would especially like to highlight Jackie’s patience, time, and dedication during each tour, as she took the time to answer all of my questions with a consistently kind and professional attitude. Her willingness to help and approachable manner made the entire process clear, comfortable, and enjoyable. Additionally, her positive energy and constant smile truly made a difference.

  Finding and applying to this complex has been amazing. Brand new construction so there's not going to be issues with things not working, etc. Jackie has been so friendly and accommodating through the whole applying and moving in process and the apartment is a beautiful layout and lovely fixtures everywhere. The unit comes with a washer and dryer which is amazing! The property is beautiful, plenty of parking, so far I havent heard a peep from neighbors. The amenities are so cool! So happy to be moving in and I hope to enjoy living here for quite a long time.

  As someone who relies heavily on reviews, i have to make this as honest as possible. This is a nice, updated complex. It is brand new and kind of seemed like it was rushed, given some of the details on the inside. So be sure to inspect your unit thoroughly and list everything when you move in. Personally, I am not on the millennial grey train, but beggars can’t be choosers. Lol, it’s nice regardless. Speaking of train, this complex is right next to one. So keep that in mind. They did install soundproof windows so that keeps most of the noise at bay. Which is nice. But it also shakes the whole building. Again, beggars can’t be choosers. It doesn’t bother us as much but might bother some. Also, this complex is still undergoing construction. So be prepared for that as well. AMENITIES - not all amenities are available yet. The clubhouse with the gym and pool are open. HOWEVER if you use the gym before or after clubhouse hours, you CANNOT use the bathroom. This includes refilling your water bottle as well! Very inconvenient. But the connecting garage door in the gym is cute, when it’s not 100 degrees out, Haha. The pool is nice, no complaints yet. It is heated and open longer which i love. They do host little events for tenants occasionally, which is nice. The dog spa is also not available, YET! Hopefully more dog trash stations are coming as well. Because apparently no one likes picking up after their animals. And this complex doesn’t do the fecal samples, So there’s dog poop ALL around the complex. Which makes it hard to walk your dog because pretty much every step you take is a new pile of dog shit. So, be careful walking in the grass at night, also something to keep in mind. Especially if you have a first floor unit. The office spaces - not all office spaces are available yet but it is a nice touch. However they are very echo-ey so if you’re on any type of call it seems like you’re screaming. lol, also only fit for one person. The conference room, when we tried to use it, was taken over by CONSTRUCTION. We were told it was ready and available when we moved in, so another inconvenience when you work from home and would like a place to take zoom calls or whatever. STAFF - so far so good. We’ve heard mixed feelings from other tenants but for us, Jessica and Jackie are very nice. Pretty quick at getting back to us with any concerns. And the process moving in was nice and easy, for us. Jamal, our maintenance guy is very nice and usually quick to get our maintenance requests. Although we are still waiting on a new kitchen light fixture that we put in, from MAY. Other than that, no complaints yet on maintenance. I forgot how much I hate apartment living until I moved in here. But It’s a decent complex and in a decent area. We look forward to seeing it improve as the months go by.
