- DRDezmon RayMar 26, 20241.0It was good than it turned bad had bugs..the rent it to high for it to b tha same really they put in sum new appliances and did the floors that's about it..they do late fees starting off at 100! And in the contract it says 4th or 6th for late fees I dnt understand y its two different days for them to choose and say when you're late..you make complaints and nothing happens..they have a tow truck to com over and leave note and bills on your vehicle for you to pay them and ive been thar for two years and never seen this b4 and they told me they do it every year..smh just all bad 👎...not worth it

Leasing agent Amarilis went out of her way to make sure i was good in my apt.
- RCRakia CarterFeb 2, 20174.0I recently moved to pangea west apartments, and i must really say the new propery manager Ms. Rosa is really nice and understanding, i needed to make a payment arrangements and she was very nice and understanding she did everything she could do so i would Not lose my apartment.....All i had to do was honor the arrangements. Plus I love my 2 bedroom apartment it is very clean and maintenance comes when you call. I just want to say thank u pangea west. Building 5909 Rocks........
