I live at 4517 Candletree and I keep requesting for this, my hot water doesn’t stay , just like 10mn then it become cold, I’ve put requests on it and they told me they have set up to like that that if you shower, and there’s nothing they can do unless the manager give them the power to increase the property and they said. the next person must wait 30 mn before so he could get the hot water which is insane so I can’t even stay in shower for 30mn with hot water and enjoy my apartment like I want for the price I’m paying $1367 every month and today my car has been vandalized, this place is insecure, have been living there for 03 years in my former apt and never had issue with hot water but since they moved me to another apartment insect, flies are everywhere, I like staying in shower with hot water, I’m just praying to get money and cancel the lease and go buy my house but I don’t recommend it to anyone because the management tried but the maintenance people they argued with you like they are living with you
