- SPSheena PhillipsDec 15, 20254.0I have LOVED my last six months at Pulliam Square; Ashley (property manager) is always helpful, quick to respond, and actually trying to keep residents happy -you can tell she really cares and it means a lot to us residents. The apartment is incredibly located, with SO much to do in the area, without even really trying. Not to mention, Pulliam Square has the largest apartments for the price, in all of downtown (trust me, I've checked) -they are modern, beautiful, and well-maintained. The maintenance staff (One older gentleman and two younger guys) are AWESOME! Literally, probably the best I've had -they're friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to issues. Doesn't hurt that my pups love them too :) I give 4/5 stars due to the condition of the one of the property amenities: the dog run/ 'green space' for dogs. It's not very big and my dogs hate it.

Ashley was very welcoming and had the most outgoing, spunky personality. She answered all my questions without rushing me out the door. She made the whole experience super comfortable. The area is also a bonus because there was so much to do and so many places to choose from to eat. I highly recommend scheduling a tour here if you're looking for a place downtown to live.
