I assure you they are the worst I have ever dealt with. First, their manner of speaking; second, their service; third, their lack of respect for customers; and fourth, their practice of towing cars after 9:00 pm. Not only that, but you still have to register your car even you are the renter they charge you different fee for parking your car. Also, if you change your car, you have to pay again or they towing your car. any time your car towing you need to pay $300 to get your car back and you cannot visit there because you should leave before nine or they will towing your car as what’s happening to my family. And they are doing contract with the towing. It’s a business for them to get our money. They are so so bad from 0 to 10 or everything is so bad there I swear I stay homeless inside rent with them. If I can give them zero start, I will do

My brother-in-law lives in one of their apartments. It is the worst place to live in. They had a new policy for parking and he did everything exactly right and still they towed his car away. They use sewer water to water the grass. Dogs stool are found in the building And in front of the building. It is not clean and smells really bad. They are not easy-going and they make you pay the rent online and there is always a fee. Their website is awful. Once every other month, it will not work which causes his rent being late and then they charge late fee. Believe me when I say DO NOT Rent their apartments I swear you will regret it.

This place has drastically changed! It’s gone down hill!!! They have a new parking system in place that charges $300 for towing when ur registered!! The tenants play loud music and throw trash everywhere. They have senior citizens that live here and they have changed the parking to a system in which everyone cannot do. It is myself and my 2 children on the lease we all have vehicles but only 2 can register. I registered my vehicle in the beginning of the new dumb system. It took my insurance and registration and all of a sudden I wake up one morning and my vehicle was gone.. towed!!! Said it was never registered!! I lived here twice before once in 1997 and again in 2007 I came for 1 yr to have remodeling done to my home. I thought I was coming back to the familiar but it’s nothing like those days. The rent $1700 which is fine for a nice place to live without having your car towed and paying $300 because of a new system fail. The bathtub is cracking and should be replaced. Instead of replacing from prior tenants looks as though they painted it and the paint is cracking. I just hate it here and can’t wait until the lease is up in March we won’t be back.

**PLEASE READ** I know this is long. But if you are considering living here take a few minutes and read!! Anyone considering living here please read all the other reviews. The consensus is their parking rules are a joke and trust me, they are!!! My son has lived there for 15 months. He plays basketball at a college up there and lives up there 9 months of the year. Why did I renew his lease? Great question, I wish I had not. Especially after they read this review because I have no doubt they will be on the look out even more for him and his car after this review but I don’t care!! I renewed because it seemed easier than moving all his stuff, finding another apt, etc. In the 15 months they have towed 3 cars associated with his apartment alone. The first was my oldest son’s car. He went up there to surprise his brother. Parked in a “visitor” parking spot. He parked around 10pm and the next morning at 7:30am when he went out his truck was gone. The second time was my son’s own car who lives there. He had got home late from a bball tourney. He parked in a “no parking area” they said but there were no lines and no sign. The pic is the one of that time. He got home at 1am in the morning and it was obviously dark, even if there were signs or lines. Not to mention his parking pass displayed on his mirror. No call, no knock on the door, saying sir you need to move your car. Just my son walking out the next morning at 8am to his car being gone and was towed. I talked to an attorney about this towing, but he said the money id spend it wouldn’t be worth it, as I’m sure the apt complex knows this also. Both of the first 2 times my sons vehicles were towed, they were told $500 and cash only to get the car back. Fast forward to today, my sons girlfriend went to spend a couple nights with him. Now there is ZERO overnight guest parking in the complex and you must get a parking pass to park. So she did but made an honest mistake and hit 2 days on her pass instead of 3. So she had a pass in her window, which I get it was expired but they knew who’s car and had her info. How about a quick text to said person that they need to buy a new pass or have the car moved in an hour? Honestly they have got to be in cahoots with the towing company. I thought this after the second towing happened. But this place is next level and they LOOK for cars to tow, their own tenants cars at that. From the other reviews I’ve read, I have no doubt they will respond and try to disclaimer these FACTS!! But if you are seriously thinking of living here I would read and take note of how many other reviews are people talking about the parking issues!! The apartment complex isn’t a bad place. However the parking rules they enforce are next level. Just know if you live here none of your visitors cars are safe from being towed!! Again they will discredit my post as they’ve tried to others. I got on here today to leave this review. I could not believe how many other share the same issues. That should tell you that it’s a problem!!! No doubt what so ever that the tow company and the apartment complex are splitting towing fees!!
