- AAAntoineDec 30, 20251.0I'm suppose to move in on the 31 of December. First I was told on 3 multiple occasions I could come look at unit but once I got there I was told unit was unavailable. Second I was told I would have a fireplace with dark floors and dark cabinets but was showed the unit today and that's not true. It has light cabinets no fire place and light floors. At this point I feel like I'm being told all kinds of information that's not true. Now I'm in a bind cuz I need to move and have been planning on moving here for the last month. This place is very unprofessional

However, they force you to use a single internet provider that crashes multiple times a day, a couple of times a week. If you work from home, or rely on Internet, this is not the place for you.

They seem predatory, she's a single mom and I even went and helped her meticulously clean, spackle, and repaint the walls as they directed and they still fee'd the crap out of her. The manager was especially smug and weird toward her. Bummer! Also, her all-in bill each month was over $1,500 for a 900ish sq ft apartment and here are photos of the side of her building. I ran some math most of their cul-de-sacs were netting them more than $40k per month, yet they can't bother to have more than like 5-6 people doing maintenance for their hundreds and hundreds of units. Greedy and trashy way to manage
