  Took my money I told him we didn’t have the best credit he said he can work with us turned everything in just to be denied they make it sound very good like they will give you a unit than complete different people when credit comes back

  Living at Panton Mill Station has been an exceptional experience from day one. Upon moving in, it was immediately clear how much attention is given to cleanliness and upkeep, creating an inviting and pleasant living environment. Great location next to the river. The management and staff at Panton Mill Station are truly exceptional. They are consistently attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring, going above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and valued.

  Moved in about a year ago & couldn’t express how happy we’re moving into this complex. Edgar, the property manager, has been helpful throughout the whole process from moving in & helping us with our questions throughout the months . Place is nice & clean. Last of all, location is great as there is a park next door to walk your dogs or just go on a regular walk. If your looking for an apartment complex to move in, don’t shy away from panton mill

  Just to be clear to anyone applying, the admin fee is non refundable if you apply ($250), which is in my experience not standard, most places do refund it. I wouldn't have an issue with that, if they were more transparent. I had asked several times in the process verbally how it worked. Instead of saying plainly, it is non refundable, I got some pretty vague and confusing answers. Some people I called refused to even answer the question. No one straight up told me it was non-refundable. A few bullet points deep in the several documents they have you sign, it does say it is not refundable, only after a confusingly written section before it that implies that it is. They don't seem to make this prominent enough anywhere in my opinion, and I feel a bit scammed. They also went into my application and changed the length of my lease to be longer than what I had applied for. Overall, pretty hokey experience.

  IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO MOVE SOMEWHERE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. Current resident. Paid on time every single month - they got bought out by new management (building manager is super rude by the way. She will barge right in your apartment with only a 10 second warning. No email or anything prior to entry) When they bought out the apartment complex, the payment portal had went down. They didn't have a way other than check to pay, this had all happened when I was out of town on business and couldn't get a check to them. I called, spoke to Nate and he said don't worry I'll notate your account since at the time nobody had called to update the situation. I come home from the business trip to a pounding on the door from Management with Nate included, and building manager holds up a 5 day notice to vacate for not making a double payment. WHILE THEIR PAYMENT PORTAL WAS STILL DOWN. Please keep in mind the rent for next month wasn't due yet, but they said it was close enough so I should just pay it. Portal went active later that night. I couldn't add bank account info because of the issues w the portal, so I paid with a credit card. Apparently there is a fee as well that I didn't know about (i will admit that to be my mistake) because of not knowing, they charged me an extra $150 for being "late" They don't clean regularly, this place wasn't what it was with the previous management. Please, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. -Current tenant
