  Took my money I told him we didn’t have the best credit he said he can work with us turned everything in just to be denied they make it sound very good like they will give you a unit than complete different people when credit comes back

  Living at Panton Mill Station has been an exceptional experience from day one. Upon moving in, it was immediately clear how much attention is given to cleanliness and upkeep, creating an inviting and pleasant living environment. Great location next to the river. The management and staff at Panton Mill Station are truly exceptional. They are consistently attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring, going above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and valued.

  Moved in about a year ago & couldn’t express how happy we’re moving into this complex. Edgar, the property manager, has been helpful throughout the whole process from moving in & helping us with our questions throughout the months . Place is nice & clean. Last of all, location is great as there is a park next door to walk your dogs or just go on a regular walk. If your looking for an apartment complex to move in, don’t shy away from panton mill

  The management here is so extremely rude it's honestly ridiculous. Getting a hold of any one here to talk about getting an apartment is nearly impossibly, and when you do finally get a hold of someone they will talk over you & not care at all about your questions or concerns. All they care about is taking your money. I put in my application on the 14th very early in the morning before they even opened. The next day I left a voicemail to speak about some questions I had & to see if I will be able to actually see a unit there since I have never been. Finally after 4 calls from thursday to friday, I was able to get a hold of someone. The lady said that no one would call me until 48 hours of me putting in my application to let me know what the next steps are, which would be monday which I was completely fine and understanding with since it was about to be the weekend but the lady told me I would get a call back. Keep in mind their (NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason even if they decline you) "application and admin fee" is $316 which is the absolute highest application fee I've ever experience and I've been renting places for over 5 years. Finally Monday comes and I wait all day to hear from them, finally its an hour before they close and I still havent heard anything so I called in. Now this lady was so extremely rude, talked over me, was dismissive of any of my questions or concerns. said no one would ever call me until I got my welcome letter in my email. To which I again explained that I've never even been there and I am looking at other apartments again since this place was giving me a very bad vibe so I would at least lke to see the place. She responded with what i would need first to get my welcome letter - again told her that I still would like to see it before i am signing a lease with this place. To which she responded "i don't really know what you are asking of me, if you want to get fully approved you need to send me ***. if you want to see it you'll have to schedule a viewing but idk what else you want me to do". At that point I was fed up. I said nevermind, i understand that the deposit is nonrefunable but i would like to back out, this has been a terrible experience and i assume would only get worse if i actually lived there. To which the lady laughed and said "uh ok well you'll have to write something down stating that you are backing out" when i asked what i need to do she gave me insane attitude and said shell just email something over. More attitude getting off the phone, cut off the last thing I was trying to ask about what i need to fill out and said "ok thanks have a great day" in the most sarcastic rude tone i think ive ever heard from a professional. Seriously. Why would someone want to live somewhere where they treat possible tenants like this? If this is how they treat possible tenants then how the hell do they treat actual tenants. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There's a bunch of better, more kind & respectful places to live out here besides this place. I promise. just look at all the other bad reviews. Its the same reoccurring issue with every single person.

  I moved here when it was under the previous management company. I have to say that initially I was unimpressed with the new owners JStreet. Now that Jeanette is the office manager she has really been an amazing resource and comfort to Panton Mills. I love my apartment, the area is well secured, clean, and Jeanette goes the extra mile just to hear the residents concerns. I applaud her and am happy she here! She makes a world of difference. And I am safe to say I look forward to renewing my lease when it is time. Thank you J-Street and Jeanette! The maintenance guy is also super helpful and friendly. All in all, 5 stars isn’t high enough! Please consider Panton Mills!!!
