  After the initial growing pains of switching to a new company, living in Central Park Apartments have been like night and day. Huge shout out to Sydney in the front office, she had to balance the aches and pains of the company transitioning to a new system and many of the residents getting new info at the same time as her. She was very clear and concise about what she knew and didn't. Enrique changed out our broken blinds and fixed the toilet within the last week, which is way faster than it used to be. Maintenance so far is no longer trying to deminish issues, and will fix them rather than pushing them off. Our heating hasn't gone out this winter after the new maintenance repair, compared to last year when we would have to ask them to fix it every month during the winter. Keep up the great work!

  Thankful for new management. I have been a resident for a couple of years, and I am happy to see the changes happening at Central Park. The new manager and new maintenance man are professional and efficient. The communication and follow-up from staff has been great, keep it up!

  Good morning Central Park staff First i want to say thank you for the invite to the wine down event. i really appreciate the staff and i enjoyed myself so much. i had so much fun some laugh and good time i had a great time with everybody meeting my new Neighbors it was so cool getting to know people In the community, the staff was very awesome last night. They showed us so much love in a good time. Everything was good the food It was such a good vibe. i really do appreciate the staff. They did a good job putting the event together. i was so very comfortable and mingling with everybody. i didn’t want to go home.Lol 😂 it was a lovely beautiful event with everybody i appreciate Central Park staff For putting together wine Down event For all the neighbors in Central Park community they was very concerned about things That’s going on in your unit. They ask Questions and concerns it was a lovely evening yesterday thank you Central Park staff Happy holidays and merry Christmas From your new neighbor Lindsey

  Diego is amazing, efficient and extremely professional anytime I’ve put a work order in. My family and I haven’t been living here long but anything that I’ve asked, it have gotten taken care of. Thank you.
