  Words can’t even describe how bad my experience was here. The management from day one was hard to reach and always gave me an attitude when I would call for questions. It is clear that the building is not well kept with there constantly being a bug infestation, back stairs that hardly look functional, a moldy smelling laundry facility, and more. I had my AC go out at the beginning of summer and they took over 2 months to repair it and tried to blame it on me. I spent several weeks continuously trying to get them to do something about it and was told by the property manager “at least it’s happy hour down the street why don’t you drink it off”. The property manager, Stan, has got to be one of the most disgusting and unprofessional boys I have ever spoken to. He would constantly disregard anything I brought up to him and will speak down to you. I tried telling them that I wanted to break my lease early and they told me “I’d like to see you try.” The only somewhat redeeming qualities about this place is the location, maintenance staff, and decent neighbors. Besides that I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone who was desperate to find housing.

  From 2019 until the building was bought my experience was outstanding. The administration was quick to respond, never had issues with online payments and Mario the building maintenance manager was the best in providing prompt solutions to my needs. The courtyard gardens were kept immaculate, the common areas were kept cleaned, and the apartments windows were cleaned twice a year. After the building was bought, when Sara Hoy was the manager, she never returned phone calls nor emails. I had an issue with online payments that lasted several months and was being charged late fees although my attempt to pay were unanswered, and neither Sara nor someone else from the online chat responded. Finally, the issue was resolved by a nice woman who responded to the online chat. When Stan Andersen became the new manager things began to change for the better. Stan was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. He even paid a visit after I announced I was leaving and not renewing my lease. He inspected the apartment and refunded my deposit. He was very nice and helpful when we moved out. The apartment was in very good condition as I kept it clean and without wear and tear since I traveled so much. I noticed the common areas and windows need to be kept clean for all residents, The administration had made good improvements in the laundry rooms and have kept the building in good condition, with constant upgrades.
