It was not the first time we are buying a house but it was the most challenging and it was because of the sellers who direpected us and did not kept the promises and arrangements through the entire process. I can mention a lot of reasons and situations but I choose to forget them. All I want to say here is that Daniela was very attentive and very envolved to solve everything as good as possible for both parties. Even though after 1 months after buying the house, Daniela was envolved and managed the process of passing the things the former owners of the house forgot (after receiving them) the owner left a very unpleasant review here to Daniela. I wish to them a lot of luck and success in their new journey but in this transaction Daniela was our realtor and she took care of our best interest and I am sure in all the situation we all were going through there wasn’t a single moment, or single thing that was against or could upset the former owners. It was only professionalism and the goal for all the parties involved to be happy. Thank you very much, Daniela. We apreciate all your efforts!
