- SHSd HedAug 2, 20251.0Buying process was smooth but unfortunately we still have issues that were not addressed by construction manager such painting entrance door, we moved in January and we were told they will paint exterior doors by spring, we already summer and we still asking for builder to their obligations, quality of kitchen cabinets is awful eventhough we opt for highest upgrade, cabinet doors and drawers doesn't close properly, we can not adjust hot water either hot or cold ect....., I do not recommend to buy pulte homes!

Definitely Pulte should have made a small pool and grill area in the middle of the community. Nothing big, Just something for the residents enjoy a little time together

Lindsay, the on-site sales consultant is extremely helpful and thorough. She never fails to follow up with the right people to address questions or concerns we may have through the process. All four available model options are designed beautifully with open layouts and lots of natural light. The Jayton model is so spacious that it almost feels like the size of an individual home! The design studio had a lot of high end finish options to pick from - Super impressive overall. I look forward to moving in !
