Buying process was smooth but unfortunately we still have issues that were not addressed by construction manager such painting entrance door, we moved in January and we were told they will paint exterior doors by spring, we already summer and we still asking for builder to their obligations, quality of kitchen cabinets is awful eventhough we opt for highest upgrade, cabinet doors and drawers doesn't close properly, we can not adjust hot water either hot or cold ect....., I do not recommend to buy pulte homes!
