    Dionna was helpful in getting the apartment. Infact she was the reason we settled for the Monarch. She was so professional. The Monarch is clean,quiet and a place to call home.

    Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. The administrator named David seemed unprofessional — on the first day he gave one price for the apartment, and the next day a completely different one, even though he had written everything down and explained it before. This kind of behavior creates a feeling of unreliability and lack of responsibility. I suggest changing the manager to someone more professional and consistent.

    I’ve been living in this complex for about a month and a half, and the longer I stay, the more disappointed I am. When I came to see the apartment, David promised it would be professionally cleaned before I moved in. That was a lie. When I moved in, everything was dirty — there were food leftovers inside the dishwasher, the fridge was disgusting, and the bathroom… I’ll just keep that to myself. I cleaned everything myself because I had no choice — I had to live here. Days later, I started smelling cats everywhere (I’m allergic), and during cleaning I found evidence that clearly shows no one ever did a “professional cleaning” before I moved in. It’s a shame I didn’t take photos of how bad it was. Then I contacted management because the washer smelled like mold, the fridge was glitching (sometimes working, sometimes not), the dishwasher didn’t clean dishes properly, and the dryer took 3–6 hours to dry anything. Their response? They said everything was “working fine.” They finally agreed to replace the washer, but brought one in even worse condition! David told me it would be brand new, but today he looked me straight in the face and said, “We replaced it with a new one, no one used it before you.” Why lie so shamelessly? This place is absolutely disappointing — poor management, lies, and zero care for tenants.
