- ATAlloy TechSep 28, 20253.0Excellent apartments really well layed out and well maintained by superman Dan, the quality of the apartment and Dan is the biggest reason for us to renew our lease, Irondel (manager) is also really helpful. The 2 stars short is purely for the parking situation. After paying as much as we do, one would expect atleast 1 free parking spot easily available per apartment. But return home after 7 pm chances are you wont find any and maybe have to park across the street in a parking lot maintained by the city. If this parking issue can be resolved this is a 5/5 apartment one I would never want to leave

- GIGianna IovinoMay 10, 20251.0Half a star for how nice it is and another half star for Dan, the best maintenance guy to ever live, even though he deserves 5 stars. The parking at this place is absolutely horrible. They allow people who do not have a sticker to park in minimal parking spots we have. They towed my car after living here for over a year. We were sent a “no parking map” and the day I got towed, my car was parked in a spot that yes, was not allowed, but people continue to park there every day. People also park in other spots on the map that are not allowed and do not get towed. The manager of the place is rude and unfriendly and never smiles. She is not someone I would ever rent from again. Dan again, is amazing and he is the only reason why we would have considered staying here
