The units are about as spacious as you will find this close to downtown - our family of 3 + 2 cats fits great in the 2 bed 2 baths. Great neighborhood with lots to do in walking distance. EXCELLENT bang for your buck on space, amenities, and location. Plus Sarah and the folks on staff are spectacular! Overall, cannot recommend Wells Place enough!

The apartments are in excellent condition with modern finishes and great layouts. Sarah and the property management team have been outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. Maintenance is quick and reliable, making everything stress-free. I’ll genuinely miss my time here. Highly recommend Wells Place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home in a perfect city location!
