  I’ve really enjoyed living here. The management team is super friendly and always available to chat about anything going on with your unit, or to hear your suggestions for community events. One of the best residence experiences I’ve had.

  Building is so well kept and clean + all the staff are the friendly and host great events for residents! The actual apartment views are unreal + something small I appreciate is how thick the walls are, never hear noise outside the apartment.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Residences at NEWCITY and their management team! The property is in a great location and they have everything you need (including a grocery store!) right in the same building. Also, the view of the ENTIRE city skyline from the building is out. of. this. world!! Once I moved in, Jenna and Kevin continued to exceed every expectation. They are responsive, proactive, and truly care about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly by Tristan and VJ, the property is always immaculate, and communication is clear and timely. There’s also Heather, who’s behind the scenes making this place run like a well oiled machine. It’s rare to find a management team that combines luxury-level service with genuine kindness and approachability – but Jenna, Kevin, and Heather do exactly that. Living at The Residences at NEWCITY has been an absolute pleasure thanks to their incredible team. They go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and at home. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for not just a BEAUTIFUL apartment, but also an exceptional management team that truly elevates the living experience.
