Styles was very informative and kind in his replies. Leasing office is useless. They do not respond to any emails nor address any concerns. The other low rated reviews on this apt seem to be 100% accurate. Dont waste your money here. Look at Burnham Pointe. Much better.
- JDJana DanielsNov 4, 20252.0Living at The Elle was fine overall — the building is nice, though the rent is very high for the small square footage. However, my move-out experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After my lease ended, I emailed management explaining that I needed one additional day to remove the rest of my belongings. The next morning, maintenance had already entered my apartment and bagged and discarded nearly all of my personal items — including valuable designer pieces, electronics, and sentimental belongings. My groceries were thrown away as well. While management apologized and cleared my account balance, nothing has been formally resolved regarding the significant losses I suffered. I’ve followed up several times by email and still haven’t received a clear response or resolution. It’s very upsetting to have my belongings treated this way, especially after paying $2,500 per month in rent. I would strongly urge anyone considering moving here to be cautious and ensure everything is in writing before move-out — because once they decide to “turn” a unit, your things may be gone overnight.

Looks like this property has a new owner / management company and all the good reviews are for the older management company. Recent reviews clearly explain how troubled the current residents are and the inability of the current management to run an apartment complex. Just go through the one and two star ratings, see how recent they are, and you'll know what I am talking about.

She’s gone above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions — from connecting me with a florist who could make a custom arrangement, to handling difficult situations with professionalism, and making sure my floor stays peaceful and well-managed. She’s always friendly, attentive, and quick to offer solutions. Her effort and attention to detail don’t go unnoticed, and it makes a real difference.
- MPM PAug 7, 20251.0DO NOT RENT HERE These guys served me a 5 day notice 8/7/2025 and refused to accept payment by anything other than a certified check because I was late for my August payment. Never had a single late/returned rent payment prior. Been staying here since July 2024 and renewed my lease last month, big mistake and feel bad cause I like this apartment AVOID pls WHAT A JOKE I tried to resolve this issue by reaching out to Mr Pierogi, they responded late to my email and they also do not have a phone number to reach out to. They don't care and Waterton sucks and so do their 'standard' practices. 10/29/25 Update: Despite making timely payments they still havn't opened up the option to pay via anything but a certified check. I had to leave travel internationally for a family emergency and was hoping they accepted payment via the online portal but honestly these people do not care. I emailed the property manager 3 times with no response.
