We also get their packages misdelivered here. I used to walk them over but don’t anymore cause the front desk here is so rude. If you live at the Elle and are missing packages, we don’t walk them over anymore because the front desk staff is rude to us.

Styles was very informative and kind in his replies. Leasing office is useless. They do not respond to any emails nor address any concerns. The other low rated reviews on this apt seem to be 100% accurate. Dont waste your money here. Look at Burnham Pointe. Much better.

However, my move-out experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After my lease ended, I emailed management explaining that I needed one additional day to remove the rest of my belongings. The next morning, maintenance had already entered my apartment and bagged and discarded nearly all of my personal items — including valuable designer pieces, electronics, and sentimental belongings. My groceries were thrown away as well. While management apologized and cleared my account balance, nothing has been formally resolved regarding the significant losses I suffered. I’ve followed up several times by email and still haven’t received a clear response or resolution. It’s very upsetting to have my belongings treated this way, especially after paying $2,500 per month in rent. I would strongly urge anyone considering moving here to be cautious and ensure everything is in writing before move-out — because once they decide to “turn” a unit, your things may be gone overnight.

Looks like this property has a new owner / management company and all the good reviews are for the older management company. Recent reviews clearly explain how troubled the current residents are and the inability of the current management to run an apartment complex. Just go through the one and two star ratings, see how recent they are, and you'll know what I am talking about.
