Great amenities, incredible value, premium location, and welcoming community events every month. The deco is where to be if considering living in Gold Coast.

- DDDeana “Dee”Jul 17, 20255.0Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. The location is prime, the staff is amazing and the views of the lake are unmatched. I’ve lived here since October and have had the best experience since moving in. They put on a lot of residents events and actively engage with the residents. My favorite was the casino night for Christmas. Whenever there’s a maintenance issue, the team is quick to resolve it. The management team in the office are always welcoming and willing to have a quick chat. And the front desk staff make it their mission to remember your name. Really good vibes here! And again, the location is unbeatable.
