- RNRay NgOct 14, 20243.0It’s a beautiful and well maintained building. The staff and management are very friendly and attentive. You pay for the location, it’s pretty much the only “luxury” apartment option in Lincoln Park, closer to the lake. The area has some premium dining options but nothing spectacular. Lots of college bros lurking around due to proximity to De Paul University. About $5-6k+/month gets you a 2bd/2ba on a lower floor. $200-300/month to park in a garage across the street. The appliances are mediocre GE appliances. The rooftop pool and hot tub are nice (the pool is not heated)

We ended up not signing the lease due to the AC problem in unit that they were not able to fix while we were in town for apartment hunting. However I just wanted to give a shout out for her because she was the most professional, super communicative, and reliable leasing/real estate agent I have ever dealt with!

The apartments are decorated beautifully, nice appliances and provide good living space. The staff is very friendly, the place is kept incredibly clean, and the location is awesome. Right in the heart of LP and close to red/brown lines, bus stops and divvy stops in the summer too. I can tell that they continually find ways to make living at LC even better with new events, offerings and listening to tenant concerns. We hope to renew when our lease come to an end! :)
