She coordinated with maintenance, helped me complete every form, and spent nearly four hours with me, even skipping lunch just to make sure everything was perfect. She also helped me choose a beautiful apartment full of natural light. My entire experience has been outstanding thanks to Mallory!

The management has footage of the thief resident that has been stealing packages The package room in the tides building. 25 days later, the building has not done anything about this issue. It also seems like I’m not the only person who has been missing expensive packages. Many other residents had lost their packages. Management has not been helpful at all. Infact they to Ignore my phone call and emails that i have sent to check on the case. And if they answer they keep saying “we can’t tell you any updates legally” It feels like this building is covering up for him at this point and they absolutely don’t care about their good residents that have been living there for over three years never missed a payment or was late And renting one of their most expensive units. The tides has horrible management team
