    This is a nice place to stay. It's affordable, convenient, close to the museum district, and groceries all within walking distance. The services, admin staff, and security are all very nice people with helpful attitudes. The building and apartments are a bit older, but not dingy. The only pain point is elevator access when it's busy, especially with people are moving in/out taking up one elevator.

    I had the best experience touring Park Michigan. Essence was so helpful and answered all of my questions and even accommodated a second tour of the complex on the same day as my initial tour! Very accommodating staff, I look forward to hopefully moving in soon!

    Had an AMAZING experience touring with the leasing agent Essence. She was very knowledgeable , professional & patient. Since I’m not from the area I had a bunch of questions and she answered them all kindly.

    There's constant loud remodeling of units going on that begins without any notice from management and lasts for weeks at a time. You can hear hammers and power tools from inside your own unit the entire day, which is frustrating if you work from home. Unless you've always dreamed of living on a construction site, I would not recommend it here.
