She stayed persistent, professional, and confident every step of the way and in the end, she made it happen. She is also a very positive thinker, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Her optimism and reassurance truly helped keep things moving forward. I also appreciated that she speaks both English and Spanish, which made me feel much more comfortable and understood throughout the process.
