    I have been in the building for over a year and have had an immensely positive experience. I don't mean to discount the experience of others but I feel compelled to mention that some of the negative comments from other reviews do not resonate with me - I have not at all heard of or noticed an issue with 'unauthorized strangers' following residents into the building, and if it happened once or twice, that's not exactly a risk unique to this building. Maintenance requests (the few that I've had) are always responded to promptly. Biggest concern I can note is that there is sometimes a slight delay between when packages get processed and when they make it into the mail room, but I've never had a package lost or tampered with in any way. Deirdre is the best and most responsive property manager I have ever had, and personable to boot.

    The gym is too bright! When I work out I feel like I'm going blind - management, please install some blinds in the gym.

    CONS: - I moved out because I did not feel safe here - the "concierge"/Doorman is only on site Friday/Saturday 5pm-1am, what about the other 5 days of the week? Unauthorized strangers following in residents is SCARY and should be addressed. - D in the leasing office is a good person but can come across as rude or brash (she means to be kind though and I like her!) - The Gym got SO bright during the day because they had NO blinds that I couldn't workout in the gym for the last few months I lived here :( PROS: - Recent Renovations make the place look great - Windows are almost SOUND PROOF, can't hear much traffic

    Great building and responsive management. Aimee was easy to work with and I love all the restaurants in the neighborhood. There’s a lot of older buildings in lakeview and it’s really nice to be able to find a modern luxury high rise with amenities. Target downstairs is clutch. Never moving out.
