He explained everything clearly at every step and always responded quickly, even when I was overseas. He made the entire process easy to understand and secured a very competitive rate below market, plus a $7,500 credit at closing that essentially wiped out all my closing costs. When my first deal fell through at the start of July, he was able to quickly pivot and get everything turned around for a new property. We still managed to close on my Lincoln Park condo less than a month after I put in the offer. I’m grateful for how smooth he made the entire experience and would absolutely recommend working with him.
