The management team is nothing short of extraordinary and go above and beyond all expectations. As for people complaining about the lockout fee, I'm not to sure why you are complaining because first of all during office hours it is FREE, after office hours it is $75.00; however if you are a competent adult locking yourself out should be the least of your worries. If you were to be living in a building that didn't have a Concierge service you would be paying upwards of $150-$200 for a locksmith for after hours service. The maintenance team is great they always are in your unit fixing the problem within 24 hours. The common space is something to check out, they did a terrific job with the construction and it is absolutely stunning. Anyone who steps foot in the space is amazed. The ONLY Con is for those of you who have a vehicle, the parking garage is a nightmare I recommend looking into other surrounding buildings (cough cough State & Chestnut) for monthly parking. It is the same price and the garage is much nicer and heated! This is not managements fault because they do not manage the garage (SP Parking does) and they need to get there act together about this ongoing problem. Besides from this (non-management issue) I have nothing negative to say. Rebecca, Wendy, Rachel and now Tracey are nothing short of fantastic and are there to help make Chestnut Place feel like home.
