Julie, Glender (Mrs. G) at the leasing office, and Andrew, Luciana and Armani at the front desk have all been so kind, helpful, and welcoming!! Any issues were addressed quickly, and the building has always felt safe, clean, and well-maintained. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about the residents, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. Matt and I are so grateful to call this place home!!!

From Carlos in building maintenance, Andrew at the front desk, Alex, Julie in leasing and Dawn the building manager, all were extremely kind and professional at all points during our 2 year stay. They truly made us feel at home and we already miss them so much! My husband and I moved into a one bedroom right about when COVID first hit in a serious way, and we did not hesitate to sign a second lease + upgrade to a two bedroom when we adopted one more puppy. Our corgis Butter and Waffles immediately found their best friends in the building due to the amazing all-weather dog run, and we found immense relief in the convenience that all the pet amenities offered, as well as the proximity of the building to Lakeshore East dog park. If you have pets, 73 E Lake is the place for you! We were extremely sad to leave due to personal circumstances and rent increases that ultimately led us to move elsewhere, but given the chance we would live here again in a heartbeat! We loved every minute of being residents at 73 E Lake - 5 stars all around.
