  This apartment company is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I inquired about a studio at market rate and called to set up a tour, but no one got back to me. After four weeks of complete silence, someone finally reached out by that point, I had already decided to look elsewhere. If this is how they treat potential tenants before you even sign a lease, I can only imagine how poor the communication would be once you’re living there. I do not recommend wasting your time applying here.

  It’s incredible how poor the communication is between “upper management & owners” and the residents who occupy these units. It seems as if none of these issues are be adequately prioritized by 23rd Place at Southbridge. I’ve been soooo unhappy since I’ve moved here and am really regretting this move.

  Reading the many reviews and they are all the same..unresponsive or delayed responses, no response about application and not being able to reach any leasing staff. This was my experience with this property. Unfortunately once I finally was able to reach someone it has not been any better. The leasing agent MK is unhelpful and unprofessional. She does not return calls if you leave a message and the few times I have had contact was by email. Her emails are rude and she doesn't answer most of your questions. I received conflicting information and she has made what should be an easy process difficult and less than pleasurable. Her attitude comes off as if she could care less. It seems the property management is in disarray from the many complaints and it is apparent that the personnel are not being held accountable and could care less about providing customer service to potential residents. Also have a concern with waiting list and how things are being handled by the leasing personnel and if following the fair housing act. Will be filing complaint with management corporate office and HUD. Hopefully this gets someone's attention and will address the issues with the staff at this property.

  The building is newly built and accessible there needs to be clear communication with folks who have applied and still haven't recieved any communication on their status update. A courtesy email or phone call will help folk have a better understanding on what's happening with there application process and with delayed construction. Futhermore, a phone number that is accessible with a live represenative will also be helpful to just better communicate with folks. I have personally toured, applied, emailed, called, and left voicemails and I haven't recieved any follow up. I'm currently writing this review after reading what other's have experienced I believe that feedback is critical to strengthen area where individuals fall short and these reviews should be taken into consideration moving forward.
