- TBTaylor BeckDec 22, 20251.0DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Every appliance is the lowest quality possible, walls are paper thin, and management/building owners are robots. Looks are deceiving. Save yourself the headache & live anywhere else! I wish someone would have warned us before we had the misfortune of living in this dump and dealing with the WORST PEOPLE EVER trying to move out.

These guys are the epitome of corporate greed. Better yet, stay out of Chicago. There’s crime everywhere even in this neighborhood and it’s getting out of control. Business are shut down, the city is ALWAYS trying to steal from you. Leave and never come back. A cold city for scammy liars.

Rented a 2 bedroom but the 2nd bedroom was literally uninhabitable the entire winter due to unbearably cold temperatures. Water literally pours into our apartment when it rains. Be prepared for your things to get ruined! Worst part, management does absolutely NOTHING about any of these issues. Get told they are “working on it” and then they do not reply back to emails/notices. Quite a few of the apartments in the building are Airbnb’s allowed by the management. There are constantly parties going on. Walls are PAPER thin. You can literally hear everything from your neighbors above, to the side, in the hallway. Everything! Do yourself a huge favor and save yourself the money. DO NOT rent here!
